I just install firefox 31.0 from firefox installer. But it always crashing when i open it. Crash report id 31f68a46-1935-40c2-9c42-c3dc02140805 I get TppTimerpExecuteCallback error. I can only open safe mode. I using windows 8.1 64 bit.


I try to: reset my all settings but didnt work, disabled battlelog plugin but didnt work, open in win 7 mode didnt work.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode; Press the Alt or F10 key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;

Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences

Then Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.
