I have my tabs set to display below the toolbars. I just updated to Firefox Version 32.0.3 and my tabs are all cut off and I can't read any of them, nor can I see the "x" that closes them. I can barely see the tops of the tabs, but can't read the lettering on any of them. Help.

  • Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

I'm using the Classic Theme Restorer, and when I go into the settings to put the tabs on top where I can see them, my links bar falls behind the web page display area and I can't see anything but the tops of the icons.

Screenshot attached.

Yes, when I start it in Safe Mode and enable the Bookmarks Toolbar, everything is visible.

I will start checking the extensions...

It appears to be working now. I disabled several things under Extentions, closed Firefox, reopened, and tabs were visible. I started re-enabling extentions one at a time, closing Firefox and reopening it each time, and all appears to be well. Don't know what hung it up, but it's not now. Weird!
