I have seriuos problem with "mystartsearch.com".I removed it from option menu and ... but it exists untill now.what should I do?(win 8)
When I want to use mozila unfortunately it starts with www.mystartsearch.com. I removed it from homepage and I changed the motorsearch from option menu,but it does not work. What should I do?

Probably, you have unwanted toolbars, addons or plugins in your firefox. Or your comuter has been infected by malware.
Did you remove that part from the target line?
If it keeps coming back then try to set the shortcut to read-only.
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
