I can't play xfinity TV with Firefox but I can with Safari--what's up?

When I try to play an Xfinity TV program with Firefox it spools and spools and then says, "This video cannot be played." If I switch to Safari I have no problem.

RC.moto, please make sure that the extensions needed are allowed for the site. Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems

As well as all of your extensions are up to date.
