Here is the material (videos) that I need to d/l.

Your Video Downloads

If you would like to watch the videos without an internet connection you can download the video tutorials onto your computer. Preparing Canvas & Materials You may need to right-click the link above and select ‘Save Link As’ to download the file to your computer.

This is a zip file (total 167MB) and can take up to 10 minutes to download depending on your internet speed, so click ’Save Link As’, go and have a cup of tea!

Once downloaded you can watch the videos off line, perfect for painting in the studio!

When they d/l, it arrives like this:(Won't let me copy and paste, so I'll write it.) Acrobat Logo Date 187,725kb Adobe Acrobat Doc I've checked the apps but they seem ok - although quite a confusing list of them.

Appreciate any help you can give... Thank you so much!

What file extensions do the files have?

Did you make sure that they have the correct .zip file extension?

If necessary then rename the files and add the .zip file extension yourself.

There are no file extension noted anywhere - not on the sender's information (although he does say it is a zip file.) I just tried to rename the file in my d/l folder with .zip extension; I tried to open it but error showed it couldn't open the file with the extension zip.zip. So, the zip extension is there, but hidden.

It seems the most glaring problem is the file is listed as an Acrobat file (even tho zipped.) These are video files and Acrobat can't open them not can QuickTime or Windows Media....

I appreciate very much your attention to this mystery (to me!) Why would the file arrive (d/l) as an Acrobat file in the first place? Again, thanks... Bobbi

Did you try to open the files in a ZIP archive manager like WinZIP or WinRAR?
