I click on write. I get a page with no (send), no (attach). How to attach a file, or send the message?

I click on write. I get a page with no (send), no (attach). How to attach a file, or send the message?

When that write page appears, hold down the alt button and tap V. The menu should appear and you can select the Mail toolbar, and the Menu itself.
