Use Thunderbird for email; links in email not opening in Firefox; Firefox refresh done; says not configured properly so won't reconnect.
I have an AOL email account that I access through Thunderbird. When I click on a web link inside an email, it won't open in Firefox, or when it rarely does, it's extremely slow. I have done the refresh on Firefox. Now it says my connection isn't secure, so it won't reopen Firefox.

(Palka again): To be more precise, this is what the error box says:
Your connection is not secure... The owner of support.mozilla.org has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.
What security software do you have?
You can try to copy the cert8.db file from the "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop that keeps your old profile data to the current profile folder.
You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory:
Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
Thank you for your reply. I turned off my computer for the night, and when I restarted it in the morning, Firefox was working normally, so I really don't know what was causing it. I will save your reply information though, just in case.
