How do I prevent important notifications from going into spam file
My important notifications from the Clerk of Court or Judge are going into my spam file instead of regular e-mail. What do I do to correct this problem. Thanks.

Some e-mail providers have the option to sort incoming mail. Contact your e-mail provider for help.
Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". We might have an answer for you if we knew which web mail service provider this problem is with. Or, you could seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
