Web page not open at first time

when I first open firefox and enter url and press enter key at first time it not open page but when I hit second time enter or refresh page it open normally. After first tab when I open second tab its works nicely. This problem I face every time when I open firefox first time.

This problem I found in new and latest version of firefox.

My current firefox version in 57.0

Is the problem with any web page?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
