I am running latest ESR release. I have somehow lost the Bookmarks menu item on the menu bar. I can't find it is customizations either. What to do?

Hello,

Click the menu button ≡, click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled. Is the problem stays in the Safe mode?

This was my fault. The addon "Plain Old Favorites" has an option checkbox to hide the Bookmarks menu item, which I had checked on.
