Sorry that isn't going to happen. They changed to a standard default firefox when you install and it's up to the user to use either the Addon themes or find "userChrome.css" themes to change to.

Ummm... did you even read my post? I am talking about Firefox's add-ons website to get new themes. It's horrible. You cannot hover over a theme with your mouse to see what it looks like. You have to install the theme to see how it looks.

Big Epic Fail on the part of Firefox.

Firefox updated nothing on AMO as Firefox is a web browser and Mozilla is the company that makes the Firefox web browsers for desktop, iOS and Android.

The ability to preview a lifghtweight theme was removed a while back due to performance reasons so it is not a bug in need of fixing.
