Acquire Microphone restriction from Multiple tabs
I have given allow permission for Microphone in my domain. We are using our domain in multiple tabs. I am able to acquire local media (Microphone) when I am accessing in the same tab. But I am not able to acquire local media for WebRTC in the other tab(same domain) without visiting the tab in which I was trying to acquire.
Is it intentionally done for Security & Privacy? . Is there any way to solve my problem ?
Reason: To restrict resources being used for WebRTC session. We are keeping WebRTC session in single tab for our domain and using only that resource for all the tabs to make calls.
Thanks in advance. Matt

Microphone control and privileges come from the O/S settings. So unless the admin sets this option limited account users can't change this.
Thanks for your response WestEnd. I guess you have wrongly understood my question.
We are trying to acquire microphone through javascript code using https://sipjs.com/download/sip-0.11.6.js for WebRTC calls.
(environment.navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia.bind)
Could you please look into the acquire function in above SDK and issue occurring in Firefox browser only (version (66.0.2).
In Chrome I am able to acquire local media from other tab through above SDK without visiting acquired local media tab.
Matt
AFAIK from my experience using Windows 10 if you turn off microphone any other program that attempts to use it will be refused control of it. That to me would indicate every computer itself if using Window 10 must have that enabled from the Admin side for other software to use it for their actions. I know this from experience with my nephew using the headset and only noticing when enabling the Mic did he get the chat to work. So unless it is already turn on from the Admin site I doubt trying to the mic to work will not work as the O/S will block the user from using it.
