Microsoft screwed up my computer wth its latest update. I can recover everything except my address book. Can I find my address book somewhere?

After several phone calls with Microsoft all my files photos folders music etc were recovered. The Mozilla app was still available but I had to set up my email addresses again. After some time my saved emails returned but the link to my address book remains empty. Is my address book saved anywhere on my computer?

Address books are .mab files, e.g. abook.mab (Personal Address Book) and history.mab (Collected Addresses). Search your computer for *.mab, including hidden files and folders, and see if they are still available.

I lost all my address book, filters, accounts, custom folders and emails. Tried system restore but I guess I did not have a point far enough back to restore any of my data. Wish I had never followed the advice to download manually to get 68.1.1 !!!

I updated Firefox and lost all my bookmarks and folders. WTH! I depend on those files and need them back. What possessed Firefox to delete users options?
