So I have 3 AT&T email accounts with Thunderbird. Yesterday I got an email form AT&T requesting I change my password. No biggie....do it all the time. Well since I changed, I can not retrieve the messaged on Thunderbird. My other 2 AT&T accounts work just fine. I have deleted the old password in the saved password section. I can get mail on my phone after the change and through Yahoo, but no longer on Thunderbird. If any one can offer assistance, please and thank you. Not sure why my other accounts still work... Thanks

The other accounts may still work because they haven't had their passwords changed since the secure key policy was enforced.

Thanks for your reply. I must be way behind, because I have no idea what a secure mail key is. Looks like I need to investigate.
