The easiest way is probably by using the built-in Firefox Sync service. This service shares your user data (bookmarks, history, etc) between the devices connected to your account automatically. All you need to use this service is a Firefox Account, which is the same account that you used to post on this forum.

Simply log into Firefox Sync on the device that currently has your bookmarks and then sign into the other devices that you want to sync that information two. After the initial sync, any other changes you make to the bookmarks and other data will be mirrored to all of your connected devices.

Hope this helps.
