What appears to be a refined tool bar appeared at the bottom of Firefox's opening page; due to a typo possibly. Who is it from, What is it and What activates it? Example = [Find in page] ∧ ∨ ⬜Highlight all ⬜Match Case ⬜Match Diacritic ⬜Whole words

As implied, this could be a fine usable tool. I'd like to know more about it

Sounds like the Find Bar, which you can open by pressing Ctrl+F (and perhaps some other keys).

Note that you can close the Find bar with the Escape key if the find bar has focus (i.e. you see the cursor in its search field).
