Open the Bookmarks Manager (ctl+shft+o), use the search bar towards the top right to search for the bookmark, then right-click the entry you get in the search and select the option to show the folder or path. In my browser it is "Show in Folder".

Open the Bookmarks Manager; Press the Alt or F10 key to bring up the toolbar, and select Bookmarks. Hot key is <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> B. Firefox 84+ <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> O.
