The dialogue box for creating filters is so large that the submit button is below the bottom of the screen on my laptop. When I finish designating a destination for a filter I am unable to save it. I have tried to size the dialogue box, to no avail. Is there a solution?

You can try to zoom out the page to see if that makes the submit button visible and possibly see if you can reach the button with the Tab key.
