I just upgraded from Thunderbird 24.000. to Thunderbird most recent version and lost my address list. Can and how do I find and copy it from old to new version?

use the tools>import menu to import addressbook and select the MAB version, as that was format of earlier versions, tools>import>import from a file>addressbook and select the MAB option and locate abook.mab in old proflle for address book and then repeat for history.mab for collected addresses.
