Extensions for Firefox are only available for Firefox on desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) and Firefox for Android. The Firefox for iOS/iPadOS is basically a shell wrapper for WebKit as Apple restricts what browser engine can be used on iOS/iPadOS.
