What initially attracted me to Firefox was that giant green back button on the toolbar but now it's gone. I tried new icon addon but it wasn't there either. How can I get it back?

I'm not sure that's the answer (at least for me).

It's not that the back button is missing, it's just that it's no longer obvious whether the back button will work when you click on it.

In FF3, the back button turns green clearly identifying to the user that if you click back, you will indeed be able to go back to a previous page. In FF4, the arrow just turns slightly darker grey.

This doesn't seem like an issue, but because I also have weird instance where the back button SHOULD work, but doesn't do anything (back button stays light/grey unclickable) makes this issue more frustrating.

Of all the things changed in ff4, this is one thing that really annoys me.. simple browsing (in cases where I want to go back) doesn't feel intuitive anymore, or doesn't work at all.

pity..
