Firefox crashed itself and then reset ALL OF MY DATA. I have lost every single configuration that I have made to firefox included all the security add-ons that I use. can I get it back?

All I was doing was restarting firefox so that a new add on could be used. and then all of a sudden i'm looking at that boring default theme instead of my pretty geishia theme. All my add-ons are completely gone. all the configurations are reset back to the default. It's literally like firefox has never been on my machine because it asked me if I wanted to make firefox my default browser. (which by the way was extremely wierd because it already was in the browser set up)
