If you mean on Windows... download the Firefox 3.6.19 installer from here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html Then just click the .exe to install

I take it you realise this is NOT the latest version ? .. Firefox is now at version 5.0

If you already have a newer version installed, you may want to export the bookmarks as HTML... then uninstall the newer version first.
