How do I change my user name & password to be remembered in Comcast email?

A few weeks ago, I had to reset my user name & password for my Comcast email. However, whenever I log in, it brings up my old user name & password. I have changed it many times to the new user name & password - but every time I log in - it shows the old user name/password. I called Comcast and tech walked me through clearing the recent history to see if that would clear it. It didn't. Even though I put in the correct username & password & click remember - it always brings up the old info. How can I correct this?

You have to clear saved password for this page:

  1. Open you login page (where you have to enter username and password).
  2. Right click on page and select Page Info form context menu.
  3. On last tab (Security) there is View saved passwords button, click it and delete all saved passwords for this page.
  4. Also clear all related cookies (just in case) there is button for this next to first one.
