Try updating Adobe Flash to the latest 12.0 version.
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
That is a problem with the Flash plugin.
You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:
- disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
The crash continues
Firefox doesn't send all crash reports in case you crash a lot with the same signature and throttles the crashes as shown by the trailing /about/throttling to avoid overload issues on the crash report server.
Did you try the Flash troubleshooting steps in the KB article?
You can also try to update to Firefox 27 via "Help > About".
