Firefox doesn't connect to internet but other programs can (such as Internet Explorer). I've tried all the tips but it still doesn't connect to internet. What can I do?

Every time Firefox opened

I uploaded a newer version of Firefox

Just so we're clear, when you say "I've tried all the tips" are you referring to the Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can article?
