I'm trying to download Mozilla firefox web browser on my daughters laptop. It downloads and installs, but an error message 'Crash Report The application had a problem and crashed, unfortunately the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for this crash. Details: the application did not identify itself.

I've tried this from google chrome, and a weird version of internet explorer on her computer.
