Hi, try this: 3-bar menu > Customize, then look in the main palette for 'Bookmarks Toolbar Items' (black star inside a rectangle); if it's there, drag it up to the bookmarks toolbar (two long dotted lines with a space between) then click Done to save. If that doesn't fix it, try clicking on Restore Defaults at the bottom right, then Done.
