I can't get rid of the Master Password

I check, I uncheck, I refresh, and I can't get rid of the requirement for a Master Password. It's soo frustrating because it won't allow me to enter my user ID and password to a site.

Sorry gang. My fault. Turns out it was HP SimplePass that wasn't letting me sign in. And when trying to turn it off, it won't. I'll contact HP.
