You unilaterally deleted my emails. I want them back. How do I do this?
1. First you irritate me when you updated Firefox. I wanted my own start page, and you keep making me check the box that says I want to continue with my new home page, NOT what you want (ASKit). 2. You wanted me to update, so I did. Now the majority of my emails have been unilaterally deleted by you. I want them back. That's why I didn't delete them in the first place. You should NOT have deleted my emails. Restore them. 3. I have used firefox for years, why are you messing with the customers now? 4. I tried to direct my questions directly to the Firefox staff but no matter how many times I clicked on Contact Us it didn't work. Sorry Mozilla users this is not directed to you, but the company itself.

hi Vincentdm, regarding [1]: there is no such feature in firefox. you may have some third-party tool present (something that claims to protect your configuration or adware?). could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...
[2]: firefox is just a browser and doesn't handle your emails. if you're accessing your mails through webmail, you'll need contact your email-provider in order to help you further: Problems with email and how to find help
[3]&[4] don't seem actionable from my standpoint as a volunteer contributor.
