No "Import..." button on Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > tab Certificates > View Certificates > tab Servers

I am on Xubuntu 16.04 64bits, I have no import button on Firefox
Firefox > 3 lines icon > Preferences > Advanced > tab Certificates > View Certificates > tab Servers -> there is no "Import..." button, and it should be one.
I am installing on Firefox the 2 certificates used in Spain to deal with the government. This video https://youtu.be/uePxWRjCY_o?t=322 on 5:23 shows how the Servers tab has an "Import..." button.
The procedure the video follows is this: - First they import an authority certificate in the Authorities tab, there is Import button.
- Then the video installs the servers certificate, in the video there is "Import..." button there, but not on any of my 3 computers running Xubuntu 16.04 64bits fully updated. Do anyone knows what could be happening?

Do anyone know how to install a server certificate on Firefox in Ubuntu? The certificate is a .cer file format.

Do you use the Firefox version from the repositories of your Ubuntu Linux distribution or the Firefox version from the official Mozilla server?
The version from the Mozilla server should have the Import button in the Certificate Manager. These certificates are stored in the cert8.db file in the profile folder.
Weird thing. I installed Firefox from the Mozilla webpage and it is the same. It looks like Mozilla does not allow anymore to install server certificates manually.
I will have to look for other ways to solve my problem.

Just to be sure: The Authorities tab in the Certificate Manager should have an Import button that allows to import a certificate. On the Servers tab you can only add an exception for a specific server since this tab is meant to show blocked certificates and exceptions. If the Authorities tab doesn't suit your needs then you need to check one of the other tabs.
But I got my card reader to work and the identity card to work.
Firefox does not allow anymore to import server certificates, as it has its own method, online, to check the validity and veracity of a server.
There is only need for Importing the Authority certificate.

Yes, it is exactly like that.
So repeating my last post, yes, I just installed the Authorities certificate (the only with Import button) and did nothing in the Server tab, as there is no need for it because Firefox itself has ways for checking the validity of a server.
