When I open outlook email in Firefox it is shown with the insecure symbol in front of the HTTPS. Why is this? I thought HTTPS represented a secure web source.

I had already seen the advice offered but it does nothing to clarify why I am seeing the orange warning symbol in front of a HTTPS address.

Usually the warning icon indicates that you are viewing an HTTPS page and Firefox has loaded images into the page that have HTTP addresses. The page is partially insecure. On an email site, this could be because an email message contains an image that was linked in using an HTTP link rather than an HTTPS link. You wouldn't expect to see this in a sensitive area of a website, for example, one where you log in or work with financial information.

You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content to see what specific content this is about.
