omg I just clicked "automatically add" the troubleshooting information, and LOST all the details I had just typed. WHAT is WRONG with you CODERS. DO YOU NOT TEST ANYTHING YOU WRITE? Seriously. I'm have 25+ years as a developer, and you do NOT release code until you have tested EVERY possible use/combination.

So, again, the problem is the new FF 57.0 will NOT open more than 6-7 tabs for me. Any attempts at new tabs, the little dots just go back and forth in the new tab but any page therein NEVER loads.

The CPU goes up to 25% for one FF process. There are multiple FF processes open.

I used to be able to open 100+ tabs, no problem, with prior versions. PLEASE FIX. I've been exclusively using FF for over 10 years, but if you can't put out a good product any more, then I'll just go with Chrome for the next 10, as it can handle basics like more than a few tabs.

No, it's nothing on my machine. Prior to updating to version 57, FF was fine and I could open as many tabs as I wanted up to the point that the system would bog and the app would crash approaching 100 tabs. Now? I am lucky to get more than 5.

Support Volunteers can't make changes to Firefox nor do we know what Developers are doing, but we can help you with troubleshooting your question.

Go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Help ? --> Troubleshooting Information Page and take a look in the Accessibility section if accessibility is set to "true" there. if yes, go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Options --> Privacy & Security panel and under Permissions check the setting to Prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser.
