I tried to sign in to Mozilla support, but wouldn't take my password. it said they sent me a new password, but it hasn't appeared on my inbox. My email is woods
(continuing my above question) incoming email. The reason I was trying to contact support was that all my folders under my email inbox have disappeared. It's a very long story, but I did find them on a Centurylink page after Centurylink mistakenly switch my email from Mozilla to Centurylink. I managed to switch it back to Mozilla, but my inbox folders are still missing, although they were on the Centurylink email program before I switched it back to Mozilla, so I know they still exist.

so you are logged into support and you post a long story about how you can not do that. Then launch into something about centurlink changing your mail client. I am totally confused as to what is happening, or what it is you are expecting from the support forum.
Short version: My folders under my inbox are not listed under "Inbox" They were all there until about 3 days ago. My medical emails, my financial emails, all my important emails that I need kept are there and they aren't showing. All this is in reference to my Thunderbird email.
