Just today on a web site that I use regularly FF is not populating the web site with the saved login and password it is also is not offering to save the login and password. I checked in options/security screen and the login and password are correct. I can manually input the login and password and it works, but, I don't understand why I'm having this problem all of a sudden. It seems to have coincided with the recent FF yesterday. I'm not having this problem in Chrome. Any suggestions on what happened and how to fix it? Thanks

Did you clear the FF cache or history and try again to see if there wasn't a glitch somewhere?

Can you use Fill Login in the right-click context menu of the username and password fields?

It is possible that some parameters of the login form have changed and the previously stored filed names no longer apply.

Did you check the passwords exception window?

To answer your questions: I tried the right click "Fill In Login" and there is nothing there I have no password exceptions The web site in question is www,medicare.uhc.com

Is there a way that I can manually add the login and password to the saved screen?

What's a bit odd is that I don't have this problem with Chrome and the problem seems to have coincided with FF61 update, Thanks

I tried to test this with a name and password and Firefox didn't offer to save the name and password when I clicked the submit button. This looks like a normal login form, so I don't know why Firefox doesn't offer to save. The Network Monitor shows XHR POST requests with JSON data send.

The saved-password-editor extension isn't a WebExtension and no longer works, so it isn't possible to add a new password when Firefox doesn't offer to save.

Thank you for your comments. By-the-way I did not get an email with your replies like I always have in the past. Did something change with FF61? What should I check to be sure I get an email with your reply? Thanks

Hi, not that we know of as it is not under our control nor do we have options for that. That would be in your Account for the Forum.
