Hi, I am using firefox with the unified search bar with Google as the default search engine showing search suggestions. In this setup, is it true that whatever I am typing on the address bar (e.g. a previously visited url) is automatically and always sent to google?

If so, is there anyway that I can configure firefox to show search suggestions ONLY when I am using a keyword (like vivaldi)?

Any insight on this will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

My question more specifically was like if I had search suggestions turned on and so whatever I am typing on the address bar (not necessarily to search but to visit a previous url), does it automatically get sent to Google regardless?

Thanks.
