You can't answer a question about your own service??????????????
When i tried to add a second email to my profile I got an error message that says "Account already exists" When i come to what you call a Help page for answers your system doesn't recognize the question???????????? Can you explain that? Your so-called Help section can't answer a question about an error message produced by YOUR SYSTEM!

Hi
What do you mean by not recognised?
If the question in the way it had been phrased had not been asked before, it may not be able to point you in the direction of suitable articles. This is why we have a support forum available so that we can help you.
The question was "Why am I getting an error message that says Account already exists?" I tries just "Account already exists" and Error message account already exists and both of those came up as "Sorry no results" Once again this is an error message generated BY Mozilla.
If that has not been asked about before or we do not have it in the details of a support document, the search tool will not provide any results.
If someone has already used that email address (possibly in error, or entered with a spelling mistake), you will not be able to use it in your Firefox Account.
So I'm the only person in the history of Mozilla to get an "Account already exists" error message??????? Once again, this is an error message generated by Mozilla! And as for the other email, its my Yahoo mail account I've had for 18 years and I've never had an issue with it before. I Mozilla support can't answer question generated by its own system then what is the point of acting like a support page at all?
What happens when you try to access your existing Firefox Account (being sure to select "existing" and not "new" when signing in)?
