The Master Password, now called Primary Password, only protects the password files. Nothing else. Note: For anyone to get access to your Firefox profile, they need access to your computer user account.
Note that such extensions could easily be bypassed by starting Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode by holding the Shift key when you start Firefox.
There is no API available that extensions can use to provide this feature.
Use a Windows Guest account for others that use your computer.
