Firefox can't open this page
I've read through quite a few posts on this error. Disabled the only extension, and followed guidlines on how to disable tracking protection. I still get the error message.

To protect your security, vimeo.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window.

Have tried the 'Open site in new window', it goes to a Vimeo video and then an error message ..
[quote]Sorry, we couldn’t find that page
Make sure you’ve typed the URL correctly, or try searching Vimeo. You could also watch one of the videos below instead./quote
Even though when I hover the mouse over the 'shield' and the display is "Enhanced tracking protection is off for this site", the error still comes up. I go into settings and the 'Managed Exceptions' shows no entries. Shouldn't there be an exception in there for the site I am attempting to view a video from ? There is no method to add a site manually.

Try downloading Firefox from Mozilla, run it from the folder and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

Thanks @jonzn4SUSE - It's not a browser problem, because I have , in the last few weeks, downloaded Fire fox from Mozilla, tried that, same problem. Also tried Tor, Opera and Chrome, same problem.
The problem is sourced from Vimeo. Here are the Vimeo privacy settings. It mentions how the settings affect how other websites can embed Vimeo videos.
I've been able to view the video. The vimeo privacy settings may have been modified also, I don't know ??
Here is how I got it to play. If , for example, the message appears and the "Open site in new window" doesn't work, there will be a Vimeo video URI. For example - https://vimeo.com/146045288
Try re-referencing the Vimeo video by using https://player.vimeo.com/video/146045288
That worked for me. :)
