Can't utilize saved passwords
I have saved credit cards in FireFox. When I try to use them, I get a password request for Firefox. Didn't know I had one. When I login to Firefox, I do so through Google. I tried that PW and was told it is incorrect. There is no provision for "Forgot Password" and I see know "Change Password" option in settings. I don't know how to proceed from here.

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
Isn't that a dialog to enter the Windows PIN/Hello ?

You can temporarily set the Primary Password and use that password instead of OS Authentication if you can't get this to work via OS Authentication.
Here is the screenshot. I have also tried my Windows PW and it just ignores it.
That is about entering the password for the Microsoft account and not about a Firefox password. Did you try to click More choices?
Does Firefox show the dialog to enter the Primary Password is you set this password like I suggested above ?
Still can't get it to work. At this point, I'm just going to manually enter the CC info. Thanks for looking into this.
