Online email form missing attach files option
I`m on Firefox 25 and when i use an online email form in a particular site it usually has an option to attach files but the option is now not there. I checked on another computer with Firefox and the option is in there at this site. I checked on Internet Explorer on my computer and it`s in there too. I usually was able to attach files on this site on my computer.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

You can check if there is a shield icon to the left of the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location bar indicating that content is blocked.
Thank co-rel, i tried all that and the problem doesn`t appear to be in them. I checked with another computer and the attach files tab appears in the online form. It doesn`t seem to be Firefox and i`m on Windows Xp an old version. The site with the online form was updated in October 2013, so i wonder if it`s XP that didn`t accept the full thing. I`ve attached a shot of the online form (off my computer) where the attach files tab isn`t and should be just above "submit and clear form". Cheers
The red Lego block on the location bar means that Firefox is blocking plugins, so you can try to click this button to check which plugin(s) are involved.
Thank You co-rel, good work, that fixed it. Cheers

You're welcome.
Can you tell which plugin was blocked on that page?
Yes, when i opened the red Lego it said outdated Silverlight plugin is blocking the "site". I then clicked on "Allow and remember" and then it worked. Cheers (Also, when i originally ask a question on Mozilla support there`s no provision to attach files, only in replying to you.)
