Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)
Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac
Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder Firefox in your home directory. http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Look for, and remove any Mozilla or Firefox program folders. Do not remove the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.
Do Not remove any profile folders.
After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner if you have one. Then run the installer. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If there is a problem, start your Computer in safe mode and try again.

Hi sirotan, sorry to hear about these crashes and thank you for the crash report IDs.
You didn't mention whether particular sites seem to trigger these crashes or whether they just occur randomly. Do you notice any pattern to them?
Could you test in Firefox's Safe Mode? That temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, and some other advanced features of Firefox that might make it more prone to crashing on some systems.
If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.
If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
and OK the restart.
Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).
Any less crashy?

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Please use Copy/Paste to post the crash report links with a "bp-" prefix in a reply. A screenshot is not helpful (we would have to type the links from the screenshot).

The crash reports show you are using Version 59.0
But your User Agent shows Firefox 61.0
Did you upgrade after the crashes? Have you had any problems using v61?
Used latest version but keeps crashing, tried to use older version but still the same. Not only tab crashes, but also browser crashes and blue screen errors due to memory management
Hi, your Video Card Drivers are in sad shape for your : adapterDescription: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520

To be Checked and turned off unless needed for accessibility : Please : go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Options --> Privacy & Security panel and under Permissions check (put a tick in the box) the setting to Prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser.
Multi-Processor Support : Go to the 3 Bar Menu then Options --> General --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 1 = No Multiprocessor = slow again. Try 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please. Note : Hardware Acceleration is for Video Card, Monitor to see if remain off or to turn back on.
Only Disable as last resort.
Multi-processor Can completely disable it this way in about:config : dom.ipc.processCount set to 1 browser.tabs.remote.autostart = false browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2 = false
Only move to esr if low ram and old system.
Firefox Extended Release Version : Firefox ESR does not come with the latest features but it has the latest security and stability fixes.
If do please :
installed driver win64_24.20.100.6194, forced a restart when update stuck, then blue screen appeared, changed multiprocessor to 2, firefox still crashes

the device is a surface pro 4, previously no problem until bloated battery caused me to get a replacement, which the crashes started occurring often
If a line on the about:crashes page doesn't start with "bp-" then you can click the line to submit the report and the link will be updated and gets a "bp-" prefix if the report is submitted successfully.
- please do not add the "bp-" prefix yourself
You appear to be having a theme installed that causes problems with the telemetry data in the crash report (Invalid JSON in TelemetryEnvironment) and that makes it harder to check the reports.
Could you uninstall this theme end post a few new crash GUID? Also please install the current Firefox release to get the most useful information.
